Frequently asked questions.

This program takes place online. When you sign up for this program you will gain access to our online learning academy. Here you will find all the lectures in form of video’s. Besides that you will also gain acces to the DylanPT workout and diet app.

We know from experience that when someone follows our guidelines and coaching that +95%  of our participants will succeed in achieving their goals.

However: If you find that you have got no results from the program we will give you your money back. 

If the program can’t be off value to you I don’t want to charge you.

This varies from person to person, we encourage you to reserve at least 45 minutes per day for the program.

Even though it’s best to do our program in the gym, It’s not a necessity.

Together with your DylanPT coach we will set you up with a workout program specific to the equipment you have available.
